Metaphysical Exploration

Are you aware that 96% of our reality is invisible? For the most part, this means we are interacting with and using only 4% of the entire “everything”. Our reality is only a tiny sliver of what is really 'out there' and we give this little 4% a whole lot of focus and attention. But doesn't it make you wonder about the other 96%? What are we missing?

I have had two different major experiences in my life when I actively opened that door to work within that invisible world. The first phase was when  I was in my late 30's. I met a Spiritual Being named John U.K. who came to teach me about how to use and work with seven different subtle energies in order to gain access and use those subtle invisible energies in my life. It was a way to open a door I didn’t even know was there, and tap in and use a resource I didn’t even know existed at that time. Since learning those lessons and developing those skills, I have been able to work with and use those seven chakra energies to do things like project my energetic self to other dimensions. In addition I can use those energies to receive subtle messages from those other dimensions, including dreams, telepathy, and impressions. The chakra energies are part of that invisible domain that are part of the 96% of what is around us most of us don’t pay attention to. But after learning about this energy and how to open that door and work with that invisible realm, it changed my life.

Then, when I was in my 50's, I had another life changing experience that began when I went to  Chinese Medicine College. When I learned Qigong (chee-goong), which is the art of working with life force energy (or Qi/chee), I realized this is another method to open a different door into that invisible realm of the 96%. During this phase, I learned to access this invisible domain to help heal others. Two new Spiritual Beings came to help me in this experience (The Old Chinese Master and the Microbiologist) who not only provided guidance on healing techniques that were beyond what I learned in college, but also showed me how to work with global energy to assist in global healing.

I’m in my late 60’s and am ready to begin a new phase of learning. I expressed a desire to learn more of this metaphysical realm and was recently introduced to two new Spiritual Guides to guide me in this new journey. Ian and Rhonda will be guiding me in this new phase and journey.

I anticipate new experiences and moments of wonder. If nothing else, I will be having expanding my consciousness and gaining new awareness. Isn’t that what it is all about?

Let's Talk About Karma

The Tao set up different methods to assure it would achieve its goals of experience, growth, and progression. The Tao uses the dual energies of yin and yang as a method to create movement and change. It also created the principle of harmony and balance as a means to create the stillness for growth and development of insight and we call this karma. In addition, there is a set up called karmic debt as a method to assure balance and accountability are part of that harmonic process. Karmic debt accumulation and paying of those debts assures not only balance, but a way for the ongoing creation of positive energies. All this plays its part to help the Tao continue to grow, change, and progress.

Karma includes both positive and negative experiences and the subtle energies created from both of these types of activities. Karmic debt is when you harm another soul either through your actions or being complicit and not doing anything to prevent this harm. Paying your karmic debt or burning karma is the process of replacing the negative energies you were made and now creating positive energies that restore and rebalance your energetic footprint in the cosmos. Paying a karmic debt is usually done in a different incarnation, but not always. Karmic debts accrue interest to encourage souls to repay them sooner rather than later. This also assures the Tao will always have more positive energies created over all the negative things done within the Tao.

After a person dies, their soul returns to the astral plane (aka heaven) and then will go through a type of debriefing process. The person (or soul) reviews the life they just completed and assesses if and how they completed their life purpose as well as the overall positive or negative impact they made in that life. In this process, their soul will acknowledge and accept responsibility for any imbalance of energy and determine what negative consequences they need to account for and correct. From this, a karmic debt (or karmic ribbon) is created and becomes attached energetically to their soul.

The debriefing process and accepting responsibilities of karmic debts may or may not be lengthy. Adolf Hitler, the German Nazi leader who created World War II, for example, is still currently immersed in his debriefing process. He needs to review and accept responsibility for each and every person he harmed. World War II, which he created, killed at least 75 million people. Add in the suffering, imprisonments, torture, abuses, and fear mongering over the entire planet means his karmic debt is quite massive.

What does karmic debt feel like? Karmic debt does not create physical pain per se, but it does create spiritual discomfort. It is like a feeling of confinement or a kind of heaviness that has been placed on the soul. It may be tolerable if it is just a few karmic threads, but when the debt becomes large, it may feel like a “wet blanket” you can never shake off. Eventually, most souls will tire of those sensations and restrictions and become motivated to reincarnate and pay off their karmic debts.

Mother Teresa, for example, in her prior incarnations, had acquired a lot of karmic debt and became tired of carrying this heavy load. Her soul then decided to plan a life completely devoted to burning off all her karmic debt and so planned a life to become a nun, with a focus on health care, and work with the poorest of the poor. She was born and eventually became Mother Teresa. This incarnation of total service paid off all those karmic debts.

Most of us, however, pay off our karmic debts little by little. We plan our repayments to be a part of our life rather than our entire life. For example, in my life, I programmed to use service in the healthcare industry (nursing) as a way to pay off some of my karmic debts. Service in health care is often a method where good deeds can be achieved. When I was around 13 years old, I knew I would have a career in the health care service industry even though there was no encouragement in this area. My parents were not interested in education nor in health care. But I knew I needed to do this. So I did. Later I learned the rationale for my choice - it was a way to pay of some of my acquired karmic debts from former incarnations.

In addition, I also felt a passion to empower women. I was very driven in this activity, almost to the point of obsession. Then one day, I woke up and the passion was gone. It was as if the air in my balloon had all been let out. Later I was made aware this passion was associated with a karmic debt I acquired in the 1600’s. In that incarnation, I was a military/political male living in Spain and had been complicit in the witch hunts and trials of the time.Because I did nothing to prevent three women from being killed for witchcraft, I acquired a karmic debt to those women. It took me 3 lifetimes to pay off this debt and when the debt was repaid, my frantic uncontrollable passion about women empowerment suddenly left. This is how a person knows the debt has been paid - that uncontrollable sensation and feeling suddenly leaves.

The Tao has set up several systems and methods to assure there is growth, change, experience, progression, and accountability. Karmic is the focus on balance. Karmic debt is a process to make sure energies get rebalanced. Burning karma is the way to assure more positive energy is created and more good works get done than what was negatively committed. All of this helps the Tao - and us - achieve our purpose and goals.

A Dream Message Showing Me a World I Didn't Know

During our life, we learn to develop skills and abilities to help us better navigate our life. Part of our toolkit includes communication and many develop abilities to receive subtle messages as a way to increase information to help with life's navigation. If you are in nature, for example, learning to sense the weather conditions, interpret the terrain, or observe the signs of wild animals may save your life. In the world of subtle energies, learning how to tune in and receive subtle messages, such as impressions, prompts, feelings, and dreams can be additional tools to guide you or keep you safe.

This is a significant dream given to me as a way to show me there was much more to learn and explore in regards to subtle energies that I didn't know. Here is the dream.

The dream began in an airport terminal. A friend approached me and introduced me to a young man he was working with and mentoring. This young man was probably around 20 years old. The two of them then wandered off and later, I gazed over at them while sitting in the terminal and noticed this young man now looked like his skin was made of red plastic and he also had some big purple polka dots all over that red skin. I got up and walked over to my friend and this young man because I was rather curious about the change in appearance. I had never seen anything like this except in the movies, but I could also tell my friend did not want me to mention the appearance changes I was witnessing in this young man. So, I didn’t. No one else was reacting as if they were seeing anything strange so I assumed no one else noticed these changes in the man’s color and presentation.

My friend then asked me to watch this young man while he ran an errand. This seemed like a strange request to me because the young man was obviously grown, but I said I would watch him. But now I noticed this young man was vibrating or had an inner vibration or buzz within him. I was familiar with this and knew I could solve or calm this buzz using my Qigong skills. I asked this young man to follow me to a private room where I could calm those inner vibrations.

We entered an empty room and I closed the door. I was ready to begin to use Qigong but he suddenly morphed into something completely different! He was now HUGE! I became frozen in place and could not move. I was paralyzed in the position of my last action. I knew this young man had released a blast of protective Qi and it was this that had immobilized me completely.

My mental thoughts were “Bring in the light! Bring in the light!” but nothing happened. My thoughts quickly changed to the awareness that I needed to voice this out loud, so I tried, but I was paralyzed and could not speak.

I then placed ALL of my focus and all of my inner energy to yell out “Bring in the Light!” and I finally heard myself actually scream this phrase out loud from my sleep.

The dream immediately ended and my physical body abruptly woke up from hearing my glaring scream coming out of my mouth. I was just lying in bed with my heart racing. The airport terminal I had been in was nowhere in sight.

I laid there for a long time wondering what just happened and why. Finally, I realized that what I witnessed in this dream was way beyond any of the skills I had in my toolkit. I had a new awareness there were many more doors in this metaphysical realm than I ever knew. If I wanted to explore this world, I would need new skills and abilities. I needed to become better prepared.

You Have a Physical Body, a Soul, and a Higher Self

One of the most basic building blocks in our life is understanding who we are. All of us are aware we have a physical body, but not everyone is aware (or believes) this is just a small part of who we are. We also have non-physical elements to our being; we also have a Soul and a Higher Self.

What is the Soul?

  • The Soul is ALL of your subtle energies.  It includes:
  • Your life force energy (from the tao’s fragmentation).
  • Your spiritual body (your chakras, your dantiens, and your qi (chi).
  • Your energy body (your channels, meridians, and your acupoints)
  • Your mental abilities, aspirations, feelings, and desires.

Your Soul is also an extension of your Higher Self. Your Higher Self is sometimes called your Higher Soul or your Holy Spirit.

What is the Higher Self?

Unless this is your very first experience and incarnation on the physical plane (earth) everyone has a Higher Self.  If this is your first experience in a physical body will not have a Higher Self as of yet.  But when your physical body dies, the energy body of the Soul that remains is called the Higher Self.  With each incarnation after this first incarnation, your Higher Self will remain on the astral plane while your energy body has a new physical life experience on the earth. Your energy body in this new incarnation will be in a new and different body. Then, when this incarnation ends and the body dies, the energy that remains is then added to your Higher Self.

As you experience more incarnations, more energy bodies will be accumulated within your  Higher Self. This accounts for the Higher Self’s increase of knowledge and wisdom as you gain more experience and opportunities to learn, grow, and progress.

Your Higher Self is the sum total of all your former incarnations - lives and experiences from each and every previous lifetimes. I personally think of it as being similar to the cloud I use to store all my computer documents. I have many files stored and saved on the cloud. When I need to find and access the information stored in one of my files, I go to the cloud, find the file, retrieve and use that information when I need it.  I view my Higher Self acting similar to this concept or storage and retrieval of my personal information.

At the later stages of your many incarnations, when you incarnate, you no longer require as much spiritual energy; more energy can be retained by your Higher Self.  This process can help and influence your earthly life because the Higher Self will be stronger because most of your energy force is with your Higher Self.  That is why in the older soul age stages we see some people who seem to intuitively know about things. This is because all that knowledge is within their Higher Self and is automatically being transmitted by that strong Higher Self.

Your Higher Self is Your Personal Resource to Understand Your Life Purpose

Because your Higher Self includes the information of all your prior incarnations, your Higher Self is a tremendous source to provide guidance and information to you in this life. This resource is focused on just you and wants you to succeed and complete what you planned to do in this life. Your Higher Self will be nudging you towards the experiences you planned.

Your Soul and your Higher Self are very closely related. They work very much as a single unit, but also separate. Your Soul is an extension of the Higher Self as well as the physical self. This allows a special communication to occur. This also allows the soul to be instructed not only by the Higher Self, but by the physical self, too. Therefore, the Higher Self automatically produces the feelings, sensations, information, insight that the soul desires.

You Are More Than Just a Physical Body

I believe the value in recognizing you are more than just a physical body is an awareness you have more resources to help you succeed in your life journey. When you are sick, you can expand your ability to heal by allowing your spiritual and energetic body to partner and help your physical body heal. You can use acupuncture, Qigong, massage, tapping, sound, chants, rituals, meditation, and the like. Using tools to engage and help the energetic side of your physical self can exponentially expand your ability to heal.

In addition, when you are confused, frustrated, or depressed, or can't make a decision, there are methods and tools available to help strengthen your spiritual energetic self to get you rebalanced and renewed.

What is the Meaning of Your Life?

I think a lot of us want to know who we are, why we are here, and where we are going. I call these the basic questions of life. How we answer those questions can either put us in a cage or help us soar. If you are not soaring, then you may need to consider getting some new answers to those important life questions to allow your soul to expand and grow.

Let me give you an example. I was taught that being a female meant my purpose was to marry, have children, and then serve my husband and family forever - and I mean it was supposed to be the same job after I died.  In my community, this purpose meant that girls were raised and groomed to be obedient men. We were all trained to be compliant, subservient, quiet, and nice. The skills we learned were totally focused on being desired by a man as well as skilled in tasks associated around children or the home. I was aware that my life meant I would forever be ruled over by a man - first by my father, or a male church leader, or a husband, and then eventually by my own son. Any of them could beat or mistreat me because it was probably my fault. The answers as to who I was, why I was here, and where I was going were all answered just because of my gender. There would be no adventure, no education needed, no curiosity desired. I was just one of many. I was placed in a box with no way out.

Eventually I found different answers to these life questions and with it came a sense of freedom to leave that cage. I found that having different answers to those questions of purpose created a whole new awareness and a complete change of consciousness. This allowed me to discover new skills and abilities in working and using subtle energies. This then opened doors to other planes of existence, alternative dimensions, and even parallel timelines. I have met and interacted with diverse Spiritual Beings in these new adventures. All of this became possible when I received updated answers to those big life questions about who I was, why I was here, and where I was going.  I now refer to those big questions as life’s basic foundation or “Basic Awareness”.

My  hope is that if your soul feels confined or caged, you will find some new information that may help you discover a path to help your soul learn to fly and expand.  After all, the Tao wants us to live our life with decisions and choices it has not yet experienced. Why? Because this is how we all learn, grow, and progress. Diversity keeps us moving forward.

My desire is that in this blog you will find some information you need or want, and it will help trigger an aware of new ideas and options. After all , the purpose of life embedded within all of us is to expand our consciousness and awareness. Because of this, I want to share many of the new awareness and expanded consciousness I have discovered in my travels within the spiritual subtle energies of the Tao. I’ll start off with the basics set of awareness that secured a new foundation for my adventures. It may or may not resonate with you, which is Okay. But I’m pretty sure it will resonate with future generations who will be reaping the harvests of these new seeds being planted today.

I leave you with blessings of the continuation of life.  Of course there will challenges and chaos unfolding, but also awe, wonder, and absolute marvel.  It will be worth the journey.

Death - What Happens When You Die?

"What happens when you die?" I asked John U.K.,  my Spiritual Guide and Teacher. He said,

“When a person dies, the body and the spirit separate. The body stays with the physical earth and the spirit returns to the astral plane and is debriefed. The length of time of the debriefing depends on what the person expects in the afterlife and what type of life they lived. For those who expect heaven or hell, they will experience such. After the debriefing, the soul and their Higher Self rejoin to one.

At death, those who expect a heaven or a hell, experience such. But not through their Higher Self, which understands the true nature of their life’s experiences. It is the energy body’s experiences or experiences that dwell in the lower astral levels and as they gain awareness may migrate upwards to eventually join their Higher Self. The soul can be greeted by other souls who are also deceased. Usually it is souls the person knows on earth who may be there to greet the person back "home". But if the person who died expects nothing, they will see and experience nothing for a period of time. For those who expect heaven or hell, they will have that experience. But after the person experiences what they expected to experience, a debriefing can occur to help them acclimate back to the astral plane.”

I asked, “How long does the debriefing last?” John U.K. 's response,

“The debriefing period is dependent upon many factors. Younger souls tend to take longer to debrief than old souls. Also, souls who acquired a lot of karmic debt will need to review and accept each and every soul who was harmed due to their actions. For example, Adolph Hitler is still going through the debriefing process. You can picture the debriefing area like a hospital bed, where a soul is able to comfortably transition from one reality to another reality and family and friends can come and provide comfort and support.”

“What do Souls do on the astral plane?” I asked. John U.K. said,

“Life on the astral plane is similar to what it is like on the physical plane, but spiritual. Souls interact with each other, communicate with each other, travel, socialize, have fun, experiment, develop new ideas, plan, learn, grow, love, have astral sex, etc. When a soul is ready for another physical incarnation, the soul will then start to plan and prepare for their next incarnation. This is the cycle of life: a process of living, having experiences, learning, growing, loving, feeling, dying, then eventually living again but now a bit more experienced and wiser.”

“Upon death, the soul will return and combine back to your Higher Self, adding a new layer to the Higher Self. It is that most recent layer of life experience that is now how you project yourself on the astral plane.  For example, if you were “Sally Smith” in the 1600s, but in the 1800s you were “Joe Blow”, you will display yourself as “Joe Blow” on the astral plane because it was your most recent incarnation.”

“A soul can project different ages or stages of their last life in the image they display. If they died when they were 80 years old, they may project themselves as 30 years of age, for example, on the astral. Or if they died at 3 months of age, they may project themselves as 18 years old on the astral.”

“The process of incarnating, living, growing, making our own decisions, and then dying, happens over and over. Each incarnation give us new opportunities to develop knowledge, wisdom, and insight."

"Does the process ever end?" I asked.

"It changes. The Tao has many layers with different experiences and joys. The desire to learn, be curious, explore, and progress are within us all. This will take us to new places, journeys, and paths until we no longer have those desires. At this point, things will again change and we will change as well."

An Example of Experiencing a Shared Consciousness and Awareness

When you gain awareness or insight, it will often carry over and lead you to an additional new awareness or insight. Nature has a way of reusing concepts, processes, forms in one thing and then transposing them in a whole new area. I found this to be the case with the fragmentation of the Tao. It fits very nicely in the model of the Big Bang theory and it also fits nicely in the metaphorical microcosmic model of the human body in Chinese Medicine.

But when I read a passage in the book “Spiritwalker:Messages from the Future” by Hank Wesselman, I knew the experience was real because it was very similar to my own experiences, especially the concepts about the Tao. This is what Mr. Wesselman shared in his book (page 332) about this spiritual experience:

  • In this black void of the Tao, a dream-seed took form in the empty darkness.
  • It was the void’s dream, infinitely small at first, a single point of solitary thought-feeling that began to form in two distinct directions; one as thought, the other as feeling-different aspects of the same dream-seed.
  • It began to diversify, to become more - and the ancestral, germinal bud of the great pattern began within the dream. Within it, everything was contained - everything.
  • The pattern grew with purpose, with intention, the third part of the dream - the primordial directive.
  • Threads of connection between the different parts of the dream grew as well. In this way, the grid came into being.
  • At first just three tiny, infinitely primitive points of ism, of being, were joined by threads of connection - three minute bits of thought, feeling and will.
  • These were the primal, existential part of the great void.
  • As the dream expanded, another kind of separateness manifested itself, and the subjective division of thought, feeling, and will was reflected in an identical and simultaneous division at the objective level - the partitioning of matter, energy, and awareness.
  • This separation was accompanied by an explosion of unimaginable magnitude as the physical level of reality came into being.  The darkness of the great void was filled with a brilliant, blinding flash of light, as matter and energy expanded outward into the emptiness and the new universe flowed away into the darkness in immense rings, as great circular waves expanding outward, outward into the darkness, in every direction —forever….
  • I (and humanity) existed (at this time) only as the expanding matter, as the movement of the power flowing through the universal void and as the awareness of this process taking place.
  • For uncountable eons I perceived my awareness was part of the initial awareness.
  • I understood that the power I felt was the life essence that pervades the universe.
  • I watched primordial matter become physical reality in an infinite number of forms.
  • I saw the universe as a vast entity charged with life-force, an immense being composed of matter, power, and ever-increasing awareness.
  • I saw its purpose - the creation of intelligent life through the diversification of matter, life-essence, and awareness.
  • I observed these three aspects of the universe changing, manifesting into countless forms and aspects.
  • I watched the universe follow its own directive, creating more of itself, transforming the flow of power into form, process, and awareness…the great pattern grew.”

Mr. Wesselman’s experience fit and blended very nicely with the concepts I had been taught to by my Spiritual Teacher and Guide, John U.K. and later verified in meditations, astral travels, and dreams.

  1. In the beginning there was dust, atoms, gas - the Tao. In this big void, a thought began.
  2. In this empty darkness a thought started to take form
  3. A thought and a feeling emerges.
  4. This thought and feeling formed into a pattern
  5. The pattern grew and now seemed to also include some purpose and intention and became attached to this thought and feeling.
  6. Connective threads developed between the different parts of those thoughts, feelings, purpose, and intention to become a kind of grid.
  7. A desire emerges within this grid; a desire to experience more.
  8. The desire multiplies, expands, and grows
  9. All of this comes into being.
  10. Consciousness and awareness begin.

Being able to recognize another person's story and experience can trigger one of those "ah hah" moments where you recognize a shared truth is a moment of awareness and an expansion of consciousness.

Reincarnation – A Way for More Experience, Growth, and Knowledge

The Tao's desire to expand consciousness and awareness led to the Tao dividing itself into fragments. We are a fragment of the Tao and are part of the process to have many life experiences in order to learn, grow, and progress. One method for more life experiences is through the process of reincarnation.

John U.K. my Spiritual Guide and Teacher said,

“Besides breaking into fragments of the Tao, a process was developed and created that could help the fragments rejoin the Tao. But part of that process was to learn and gain experience. It was the process of going through different experiences and incarnations that would help the fragment, as well as the Tao, learn, progress, and grow. And the most frequent process used for gaining experience, learning, and growing was done by first incarnating and then assessing the incarnation after one dies. And then after that, planning a new incarnation with different experiences to see how the fragment would react and engage in those different circumstances.

“Reincarnation provides everyone with the opportunities to experience what the fragment needs or wants to learn or experience. It also provides the ability to pay off karmic debts they have made and not yet repaid. The basic concept is that each living person at each visit to a life has a separate energy anatomy that is distinct from what is called the physical body. The effect of this energy body is to give life to the physical.

I asked him, “How soon after we die do we reincarnate?” John U.K. said,

“That depends on when the fragment or person feels the desire to return to the physical plane. One may reincarnate quickly after a physical experience or may take their time. The average span is usually around 200 of your years. Eventually the fragment learns and experiences all they set out to do. Then, the fragment combines with another fragment, becoming a dual or combined fragment. The fragment then continues with their progression and eventually will combine as a trio. In this process the fragment, and the joined fragments, experience life in and through a myriad of levels of the Tao and eventually recollects back to the Tao as a whole.”

Reincarnation is a way to change the variables and give us a new opportunities to experience life differently in each incarnation. We learn by experiencing and personal choice is part of the learning process, too. This means we choose the type of life experience we want to have.

Before We Were Born

We are fragments of the Tao. The fragment is what makes up our soul. The Tao had a desire to have more experiences and in order to learn, grow, progress, gain wisdom, knowledge, as well as expand consciousness and awareness, it fragmented into smaller pieces to increase the probability of having lots of new experiences. As a fragment of the Tao, we are part of this process to provide more experiences and thereby be part of the process for the Tao to learn, grow, expand consciousness as well as awareness.

One of the ways for all these invisible soulful fragments to have more experiences was to have a life journey on the physical plane; earth. We begin this journey when our soul takes up residency in a physical body. This journey ends when we die. Between this journey is the pre and post part of the journey - what happens before we are born and then what happens after we die.

John U.K., my Spiritual Guide and Teacher, shared this information about what happens before we are born on earth.

“In your pre-planning experience before you were born, you would have looked for a parent that had planned a life experience with a child. You would then determine if this parent (the race, the economic situation, the physical traits, etc.) would provide you with the best match for the other circumstances you desired in this incarnation.

Another example is the musician Mozart. He desired a life experience in musical ability and therefore chose a life and physical body that would help him to obtain this ability. He determined he would need a stern and controlling father within a certain economic level to provide that higher probability of providing a life in music, so Mozart planned a life that would give him that higher probability.

We see the results of that by the life he lived; he was enveloped in music from a very early age and produced magnificent works. We also see his personal life was often chaotic, challenging, and he died as a pauper. But he did accomplish what he had pre-planned and desired; he had a life experience that was totally enveloped with music.”

You may want to reflect on why you chose the mother you have. Was it because you already had a bond with her from another incarnation? Or did you desire a mother-child relationship that was a close bond, or perhaps one that would be with conflict? Or perhaps you desired physical traits that were in her gene pool or perhaps an economic level that she could provide. Perhaps you determined any mother would do so and so you accepted any available mother and have relatively no close ties at all with your mother.”

Thomas Jefferson planned his life around the desire to help create a new democratic government with a focus on preserving and protecting individual rights and civil liberties. His desire was to create a mechanism for the positive aspects the government can provide, but to be balanced with the needs of individual’s rights and expressions. He sought to maximize the needs of the Tao by creating positive energies through government, but also for fragments to enjoy based on their individual trust and personal desires and freedoms.”

Many will live lives that may seem plain and ordinary and others will live lives that seem to impact greatly, but much of your life was programmed and decided by you before you were even born. Some will desire notoriety more than others, and others will have chosen a subtler approach so they can learn and develop in a more serene and secure manner. There are advantages and drawbacks to each approach. For example, the one who has more flash and notoriety will generally create much Karma – either good or bad. And because of the way or magnitude of the impact made this karma is usually in very large doses. On the other hand, this impact can generally help other souls and therefore the karma is positive and can speed the process of returning to the Tao. So as a rule, those who desire the big splash progress faster but enjoy less. Those who progress more slowly develop deeper understanding and insights but require many multiple lives on the same level to achieve the impact of one life.

You decided to come to earth and have a physical body. You decided what type of experiences you wanted to have on the earth. You identified your priorities, decided on your gender, race, culture, personality traits, etc. You were then provided information on what the probabilities of each of your desires were in regard to upcoming birth possibilities. You could make temporary visits to check things out during that pregnancy. You could even change your mind. If you decided you didn't want that body, it could be made available to another soul.

If there was a miscarriage or abortion, which sometimes happens, then another option would be provided to your spiritual self. You could choose to stick with this mother and wait for another pregnancy possibility, or you could choose other parents. Or you could even decide and wait it out for a couple of centuries and catch life on earth in another century.”

John UK then explained the process this way,

“Before a person is born, the fragment (person) will be held or go to a waiting area on the astral plane (heaven) to get ready for their birth. The spirit can visit their physical body but they do not stay or commit until the birthing process. At the birth, their Higher Self stays on the astral plane in a place called the Higher Self plane, and the person’s spiritual essence enters the physical body or closely after the birth. The Higher Self plane houses all the Higher Selves of everyone who is currently physically alive on the earth.”

Before we chose to be born on the earth, we assessed, identified, and then decided on what our objectives were going to be. We determined what we wanted to accomplish, learn, and what karmic debts we desired to get rid of. We planned some of the decision points we needed to help us make certain decisions to take us down certain roads. Some even created back-up plans should those decision points get ignored or for some reason, not present themselves in the way we planned and hoped. Some of us created interactions with certain people to help motivate us to take certain paths. Some created "pulling forces'' or "persistent desires" to make sure we would eventually get pulled on the path we needed. We choose our gender, race, and talents we thought we needed. Sometimes our talents are associated with our parents, so we may decide our parents based on their gene pool, or their own skills, or we can choose our parents based on other factors, such as “she was a friend of mine in another life, and this time I want her to be my mother in this incarnation”.

Knowing we are part of the Tao and that it fragmented to create as many different types of experiences as possible implies that we are here to have experiences the Tao has never had before. Diversity is what creates opportunity for learning, growth, and change. It benefits the Tao as well as us all.

Knowing we made choices of the type of life we desired can free us from assuming we are a victim and have no choice. We chose the path and we are responsible for the our life journey and the experiences we have. For me, this information is an awareness that can be freeing and comforting.

The Moments of Gaining a New Awareness

The great thing about living longer is that it provides you with more opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your awareness. I sometimes call this the expansion of consciousness. We usually start our life with a set of rules and beliefs we acquired from our family and community. As we continue our life journey, most of us will start to question those rules and beliefs we were given. When I gain a new insight of awareness, it gives me the freedom to purge the antiquated belief I may still carry with me. I have come to realize that being open to discover new truths and release the ones that no longer fit you or are needed is part of the process of expanding one’s consciousness.

For example, I was raised Mormon and taught there was a God who looked like an old white man and acted very similar to a Father. In fact, we called him a Heavenly Father. He had a pecking order as to who was important. Obviously the first one was Jesus and after that it was white Mormon men, then rich men, then other men, then children who had died before they were 8, and then finally the females - obviously the beautiful, subservient, and quiet ones were first in the female pecking order. We all prayed to Heavenly Father but knew he had conditional favorites. We also knew that if our prayer was not answered it was because we either didn’t deserve it or because we were being taught a lesson.

What I came away from this religious I had a mental construct that God acted similar to the men in our community - he was busy, chauvinistic, authoritative, judgmental, and had favorites.

When I became an adult, I learned about the Tao and its inclusiveness. The Tao literally means everything, and include both positive and negative energies as well as positive and negative experiences. I also learned how the Tao desired to learn, grow, and progress, and so divided itself into smaller pieces - it fragmented, and we are a fragmentation of the Tao. Because of these ingrained and perpetual desires are a part of our nature, it is as if we are programmed to try and have new and different experiences in our life journey. Afterall, this was the primary reason for the Tao to fragment - to diversify and increase the odds to have an unlimited number and variety of life experiences.

This made sense to me. There is a compulsion to explore and we are perpetually curious and are seekers, explorers, and feel the desire to see how and why things work. There is also a desire for security and safety, which is a pull to play it safe and be part of the group. This push/pull force is what keeps things in motion and constantly changing.

In addition, the Tao doesn’t judge nor take sides - everything has value in the process of learning and growth. However, the Tao also was aware that positive energies (love, joy, laughter, support, etc) creates more energy than negative energies (hate, anger, fear, etc.) and so designed systems where the harmony of balance of energies will always be tilted toward the more positive. These positive energies can propel us to do good works as well as pay of karmic debts.

These concepts made complete sense to me and I embraced them and gave up the religious views of my youth. I consider this to be one of my first moments of true awareness and one of my main stepping stones for my life journey.

I am now in the senior years of this life experience and aware I have received many moments of awe, wonder, and new stepping stones of truth and awareness. My current desire is to share some of these moments that changed and expanded my consciousness. I think there is value in sharing experiences that created change in my life or others. Virtual communities with a focus on expanding one's consciousness and awareness will become the new norm in humanity's future.

The Tao

In the beginning there was dust, atoms, gas, the Tao. As the species evolved over the millions of years of development, the intellect of each descending species increased and therefore the capacity for abstract thought also increased. At some point of development, the species felt a necessity to perhaps bring order to the chaos they lived in along with a guiding principle of concept that would protect and give direction. And the Tao was everything.

In order for the TAO to broaden its experience, it decided to create this earth existence and divide itself upon it. The purpose was to gain the greatest diversity of experience. And in order for the Tao to learn, progress, and grow, the Tao chose to break into smaller pieces. We call these smaller pieces “fragments” of the Tao. Some of these fragments are us. You are a fragment of the Tao. The earth is also one of those fragments, so the earth is a fragment of the Tao. (Some people use the word “Tao” for God).  The Tao (or some call it "Dow") is the total gathering of information, knowledge, wisdom, energy, etc. It is the sum of all existence, both what you can sense and that which you have no concept of. It is everything that is.

Besides breaking into fragments, a process was developed and created that could help the fragments rejoin the Tao.  But part of that process was to learn and gain experience. It was the process of going through different experiences and incarnations that would help the fragment, as well as the Tao learn, progress, and grow. And the most frequent process used for gaining experience, learning, and growing was done by first incarnating and then assessing the incarnation after one dies.  And then after that, planning a new incarnation experience with different experiences to see how the fragment would react and engage in those different circumstances.

Eventually the fragment has learned and experienced all they set out to do and then the fragment combines with another fragment, being a dual or combined fragment.  And then continues with their progression and combines with a trio, etc. In this process the fragment and joined fragments experiencing life in and through a myriad of levels and eventually recollect back to the Tao.

The purpose of the Tao in fragmenting was to produce an infinite number of possibilities that may be experienced; both positive and negative. Having said this though, one would assume that there would be equal portions of positive and negative. However, this again is not the purpose of the Tao. For more energy that feeds the Tao is derived from positive experiences. In other words, the Tao itself desires increased energy and the best way to obtain this is through positive experiences. Therefore, the Tao, in its wisdom, devised mechanisms that would skew the experiences more towards the positive aspect, therefore producing an increase in positive experiences.

Therefore, early in man's and woman’s civilization there were operating techniques that strove to produce positive energies. By bringing together large numbers of fragments in various soul ages, the possibility of new and varied experiences is maximized through their interactions. But there needed to be a skewing mechanism that would produce more positive than negative energies. This skewing mechanism can be considered “government” or social structures.  These groups that define social order can provide order so that the maximum numbers of people may associate together in harmony through governing of its citizens.

The Tao did not plan experiences but only a mechanism or an engine to generate a grand diversity of experiences through uncontrolled interactions.  We at times limit the Tao to what we comprehend. Obviously the Tao, knowing that many combinations of fragment energies would produce unlikely products as well as likely products, would have assumed that a group of fragments would have been more in tune to the energies than others. Therefore a framework of expectations could have been expected so that the Tao, although experiencing unknown and unexpected experiences could rely on anticipated combinations and groups. In other words, simply due to the great vastness of fragment numbers and lives, all possibilities can be expected both those which are positive and those which are negative.

The purpose of your life in its ultimate dimension or understanding is an opportunity to experience something that the Tao has not yet experienced before.

The Tao allows both positive and negative energy in our lives. Negative energy often provides humanity with the ability to learn and grow in very different ways than positive energy. But positive energy is the source of life itself, so the scale needs to be tipped towards having more positive energy than negative energy and things need to be out-of-balance in order to sustain the continuation of life. There needs to be more positive energy than negative energy.

There are several built-in mechanisms to help create more positive energy.  One is our desire to feel good.  This desire for these feelings will lead us to create more opportunities to provide us with these sensations.  These sensations, such as a feeling of love and acceptance, or pleasures from food, or sex, music, knowledge, insight, awareness, are all sensations that are felt with the creation or expansion of spiritual energy!  In other words, there is a mechanism within us that helps continue to motivate or drive us to create and experience more positive energy and this positive energy is a source we use to create, expand, and develop spiritual gifts.

The other mechanism to help assure there is an unequal balance of more positive energy is the law of karmic debt.  There is negative karma and when that is created, the repayment often includes “interest.”  Often during our debt repayment process, we end up doing more good and creating even more positive energy than was created in the original negative experience. The end result is more positive energy in the world is being created. The Tao is no longer in equal balance of energy. This creates an even greater amount of positive energy in the world for us all to enjoy.

Summary

The Tao desires to learn and grow and the way to learn and grow is through having diverse experiences.  Diverse experiences are both positive and negative. Positive experiences have greater value, however, because this energy is the source of life itself. There is a built-in mechanism to assure the balance of energy will be towards positive energy because it is this energy that fuels life itself.  Positive energy is the source of how we enjoy life. Being able to create more positive energy and also learning how to refine this energy to be used for more specific purposes, such as for certain types of spiritual experiences, can help us create even more joy and pleasure in our lives.

The Tao, God, or Goddess - What is the Difference?

What is the difference between the Tao, God, or the Goddess?

The Tao
The Tao is everything. The Tao is all form and formlessness. The Tao is all thought and absence of thought. It includes all desires and the absence of desires. The Tao is all action and inaction. The Tao is everywhere; it is all here and all there. The Tao is the named and the unnamed. It is the beginning and the end. It is positive and negative as well as the divine and undivine. The Tao is all.

God
One can perceive or learn about the Tao by focusing on different aspects of the Tao. For example, some will give form and traits to the Tao and call it God. A person will often assign characteristics and traits based on what they know – a human figure that is male. Often this conceptualization of a divine male figure will include personality traits of a father figure and be called Heavenly Father. The figure may also be given additional male qualities such as being a protector and provider. Most will view this concept of God with fondness, and love, but others may also see this figure as having domineering qualities, such as being chauvinistic, judgmental, or requiring proof of their adoration. In other words, positive as well as negative human behaviors are often bestowed and shrouded upon this conceptual God.

Goddess
Others may conceptualize the Tao into the Goddess, a divine female form, or the concept of nature, or perhaps the planet earth. Often the feminine qualities are given to the Goddess, such as beauty, kindness, and gentleness. At other times, the traits of a temptress or a manipulator are attached to the concept of the Goddess as well.

God & Goddess are Subsets of the Tao
The concepts of a God or Goddess are essentially representations or subsets of the Tao. They are microcosms of the Tao. They provide a way to conceptualize and understand ourselves. They provide a way for us to visualize the maleness and femaleness of the Tao and understand the energies, behaviors, emotions, the interactions, and all the positives and negatives of who we are. It is a way to help us become more aware and interpret how we relate to everything.

Feedback in a Meditation About This Era of Chaos and Change

There are a lot of different ways to meditate as well as a lot of different topics to focus on when you meditate. Sometimes my meditations are focused on healing. Other times they are focused on discovery. And sometimes they are focused on gaining insight or clarity about something. During meditations where I desire to get help or clarity about a situation, I often hear the phrase "Let's chat" and I then get ready for a telepathic conversation.  This is what happened during a meditation I had on Sept 11, 2020.

"Let’s chat. You don’t know what to do. Nothing you do seems to be helping or improving the world. It is a shitstorm - fires, heat waves, drought hurricanes, lies, deception, corruption, Trump, death, the virus, isolation, quarantine, ash, smoke, no sun, police brutality, inept Congress, complicit leaders, no integrity; no values; despair, depression, broken bodies, broken spirit, more isolation. Does that sum it up?

Yes, I respond in my mind.

The response from my Spiritual Guide and Teacher (John U.K.) continues.

"With all the timeline changes, tweaks, and nudges, how are we still at this point of chaos and destruction? Is this what you want to know? Ahh. When will it get better? When will we see a change of direction?"

I responded again; Yes!

"There are seeds of this happening now, but what the media is showing you is the bright shiny objects - the President and his minions. This drama fuels even more angst, hatred, despair, and news. It is a cycle that is difficult to break - people are hooked on the anxiety and wondering what will he do next? The reality show soap opera as a President is the constant star. Meanwhile,  the world burns and still, the soap opera is where the focus and attention remains. It is like a new drug, is it not? Perpetual drama and entertainment while the world disappears.

You are aware that choice is still the paramount decider of what, when, and how energy flows. Where attention goes, energy flows. Attention to the shiny object and drama is where the intention is - until something happens to someone personally and forces them to look elsewhere - like a catastrophe - illness, loss of job, loss of income, death, losing a home, a broken relationship, divorce, no school for the kids… All of these are currently in play so now there is more pause and more people being forced to refocus. It is often in the depths of pain and despair where the phoenix is born, which is the stage that many are now in - that step of transformation.

Your personal make-up tends to focus on the solutions as being associated with order, like drawing the boundaries or lines around a problem and then focusing and solving what is in those boundaries using things like government, politics, groups. Your natural go-to process is setting up systems and processes to allow people to work more harmoniously. This is your default setting, so to speak, so this is the area where you create solutions - draw the lines and begin, like a coloring book, in a way, and allow people to focus attention on coloring between the lines - whatever colors or patterns they desire - their choice. Freedom of choice. But there will be many who ignore the lines and color over them, and some who rip out the page completely and make the paper into an airplane, for example. But for the most part, the go-to solution has been to refocus people on a specific or a familiar path.

But this is not necessarily the solution right now. A new era is emerging and demanding new ways to bring people together. So does this mean Trump will continue to stoke and fan the flames of more drama and fire? We believe he will, but society is now tiring of the story or are wanting to change the channel. But it is their choice - and they are reaching that decision based on their own feelings, rather than any manipulation. Even with the meditations and energy directions you have been making.

There will be a point of exhaustion and a desire to end the drama. It may or may not be at the time of election, but we believe it may. Especially if Trump continues the intensity of putting gasoline on the fires, if you will, which is what he tends to do. He continually is looking for a bigger bang and more focus on him, which means each day he needs to outdo the day before.

Let’s chat about the change in scenery after Trump is no longer in the spotlight in the role of President. Yes, people we quickly and easily get bored with Biden, but creating and rebuilding are not that interesting. BUT, attention will be placed on tapping into resources and ideas that are currently not prominent. These new seeds and solutions will start to be welcome, and it will be these ideas and methods that will eventually become the new shiny objects and interests - new ideas and new awareness. Energy and enthusiasm will be towards different solutions.

Regarding your presence last night - it alerted us to the level of anxiety and churn - not just in you - but in the world. You are trained, and do a very good job of being able to calm that anxiety and change the fear within you. We know this, so when you are at a breaking point, it tells us that society is also at a breaking point of change. We anticipate seeing new choices being made and Trump losing much of his base. This should please you. We expect that “covering” that many have chosen to hide under will be coming off. The hard work will now begin - creating a society that expands freedoms to more people as well as allows creative solutions to come forward.

Remember that you are witnessing the birth of a new era. Births are messy. They are painful. They are hard. But the outcome will be worth it. A new life and future in a new direction is unfolding.  The new fruit can now be exposed, and the old shells of the past will turn in. Flipping the orange as you say. The stake in the ground now can be seen.

Celebrate this change and be honored that you can be a witness to the birth of a new era.  You have a front row seat.

Example of a Chat Session with Spiritual Guides During a Meditation

Sometimes during a meditation, I have a conversation in my mind with my Higher Self, or Spiritual Guide, or another Spiritual Being. We chat about things that are on my mind, or things I want more understanding or clarity about. I call these types of meditations chat sessions. If I hear the phrase "Let's chat" during the meditation, I know there is a spiritual Being (or Beings) present in this meditation and ready to converse with me to help me better understand some of the concerns I am having. This is one of those sessions I had with my Spiritual Guide and our conversation.

"Let's Chat."

You are wondering if the work you have been doing to heal humanity is beneficial at all, especially in light of an epidemic. But you also realize that healing humanity is not about healing the physical body but of healing the constraints and limitations of the mind and soul. That passive people - the dotards, the rabble, and the unengaged continue to be irresponsible. They continue to float in a pool of mindlessness They continue to be unconscious. The awakening is about waking up and realizing there is more. There is more opportunity. There is more to life. There is more “metaphysical”. There is more than following along. There are more choices. This is what is remarkable about this “now” and this is why there is so much attention being placed on this now, this earth, this humanity, this spark of change. It is a dramatic change happening in this universe - everywhere - it is as the spark ignited a firestorm of awareness and change and the curtains are drawn and things that were not seen or not known or not experienced are now in view. Possibilities are endless. Growth. Opportunity. Wonder. Awe. And also hurt, pain, discouragement. There are both sides - there are always 2 sides, 2 paths, 2 experiences, and they both come into play. There is push, pull, back, and forth. There are positives and negatives. But there is always MORE positive than negative. Always. It is that extra push or pull of the positive that keeps this all in motion and continues to serve as a motivator to pull or push for MORE. You see it play out in being curious. Or feeling loved and accepted. Or wanting change. Or wanting the same. Or awareness. Or answers. It is that feeling of the “ahaaaa” as you would say; a type of oneness where everything fits together and momentarily makes sense. It is that sense of wholeness. Or peace. Or stillness. Or hope. All of those senses, feelings, locking together into a temporary breath.

How does humanity lift that veil to see this wonder of expanded consciousness? There are many ways to pull or push people from their docility and perpetual cycle sameness beyond just using the gift of reincarnation. There are positive and negative energies that are in play, all with the “desire” and “intention” to wake people up and reach up and beyond. For some it may be the pandemic. For others it may be the economy. Others may be a loss of power and influence. Or it may be from positive events and feeling a pull - such as the meditation you saw of shining light and people “swimming upward towards that light”. Each person may have a different catalyst but to encourage and prompt them to act and choose. It may be in this lifetime, or the next, or the next.

You have wondered how you can assist in this process. Last year your focus was to use sound in global healing meditations, but you seem to have lost interest in this because you saw no positive change during the pandemic, which is Okay. You are open to exploring and trying other options now, which is also Okay.

Recently the Microbiologist (a spiritual being who often participates in my Qigong healing sessions) showed you a new healing method with your friend, Lucky. He used a type of life force energy mesh customized for Lucky’s body and energy, and then planted within Lucky to help her heal from Covid. You have wondered about using a similar model to help “heal humanity from Covid” or to help “awaken humanity”. This seems like a good time to ponder, assess, evaluate, and plan an approach and then use it at the Solstice, for example. This seems to also be a new growth - moving you to a more analytic approach to problem solving rather than just trial and error. We see value in this, too.

We believe things are going well for you and that you are well and in good health. We are here whenever you feel you need some validation or need someone to talk with.

Much love.
