The Power of a Thought

Thoughts have power. There is a saying “Qi follows thoughts".  Another way of saying this is “where your attention goes is where energy flows”.

Tuning in and sensing is a key step to learn and develop when you are exploring the use of subtle and invisible energy, such as healing energies and chakra energies. This allows a person to connect to the energy and “be” that energy.  “Being” the energy allows you to direct the energy.  The more you “are” that energy, the more you can “direct” that energy.  

One way to realize the amount of power your thoughts have is to tune in and pay more attention to your thoughts and watch the outcomes. You should pause and observe and follow a thought through its journey. You will be able to see the impact of those thoughts and how many of them move and direct actions as they are carried forward.  

Be aware of your thoughts. Tune into your thoughts and learn to sense then. Observe what happens to your thoughts, where they go, and what change or impact they make. Observe how much more powerful your thoughts can be once you "become" your thoughts. They can create negative or positive forces.
