A Chat About the New Era We are Now Living In

Let us begin.

"In this era of the new awakening, it will be a time of self awareness and self empowerment- taking initiative and responsibility for the journey of one’s own physical life experience. How does a person become self aware and self empowered? Through awareness and understanding and expansion of their consciousness. What is awareness and how does one do that? They go inward - they tune in to what is going on inside them - their thoughts, feelings, experiences, events in their life, their pulls and pushes, the questions, curiosities, what they are drawn to, and what repulses or annoys them. They soak in everything they can and then sort out the pieces to understand how it impacts them, helps them, hurts them, as well as how to overcome challenges, hurdles, problems - ways to make their life experience more meaningful and satisfying. They tune in and focus on what they feel - what brings joy, what brings sorrow. They assess, come to conclusions, make decisions, and embark on actions based on this expansion of their awareness. Their awareness and new understandings create new insights, new awareness, and new knowledge. It is a process. It is a cycle. It is an expansion of the conscious mind.

This expansion of consciousness is the mantra that creates the motion and movement within the Tao. This new phase humanity is now in is filled with this energy of change, movement, and flow. Things that have been hidden are now exposed. Things that have been suppressed and buried are now in full view. Being aware of these changes, new challenges, and new opportunities is part of the wonder for this era. How humanity uses this new era as an opportunity to create and build the framework that will support individual’s growth, development, awareness, and self responsibility or empowerment, along with creating connections of support with others, will be how the new story of humanity will unfold.

Is there a formula for how a person tunes in to understand themselves? It will be different for each person as to what works best for them, but the common denominator is based on desire and focused intention. Some will choose quiet reflection, pondering, or perhaps meditation. Others will gravitate to places of loudness or chaos - almost as a way to occupy their mind to be distracted which may allow their inner soul a way to expand without any fanfare. Others will find movement and engagement of the body, such as running, or swimming, dancing, martial arts, or even contact sports of domination such as wrestling or boxing. It isn’t just the quiet and alone time that stirs a person to become aware - there are a variety of avenues and methods. Understanding the results of these efforts, tends to be more individual with isolation and reflection. Not always, as often it is done in discussion with others, but the internalization of the understanding, and the insight is most often an individual effort."
