I am not really known for my cooking ability, but I am known for my quirky adventures. Sooooo, when I saw SQUASH BLOSSOMS at the farmers market I thought, "HEY, this is something you have never tried! Time for a new adventure."
I bought them and took them home to see what I could dream up. I stir fried them in olive oil and sat down for a remarkable lunch of cooked flowers.
Yep, I amazed myself today. Maybe I can become a vegetarian after all.
