Ravioli Cooking Class

Chef Tarrantino at Hotel Webber Ambassador in Capri, gave us a cooking class on ravioli and eggplant parmesan. It was fun to see how he just through things together with such skill, and at the end we sat down and had the most fabulous dinner overlooking the ocean. I have never had ravioli just melt in my mouth and the eggplant parmesan was the best I have ever eaten.

Amander...I know what ya mean. The trip's focus is on the Mediterranean diet so NATURALLY we have had to try everything! AHHHHH...such a sacrifice! :-)
